Description

The Classic Flame 23-Inch Electric Insert F/X fits several models of Classic Flame mantels, including the Amherst, Portland, and Scottsdale. The interior is coated with a black powder-coat finish and a painted brick facade. The beautiful hand-carved glowing logs and embers give a realistic flame effect, and a multi-function remote control allows you to control the flame, heat, and embers from afar. This insert also includes a center-mount door handle and heads-up display (HUD) that relays important information like the temperature and fan speed. Dimensions: 20H x 23.6W x 10D inches. Viewable area: 21W x 15H inches.

    Apparently, Classic Flame no longer manufactures the 23EF024GRA, which is erroneously used as the advertising copy for what is really offered, the 23EF025GRA. So, do NOT expect the cool snaps, pops and crackle sounds with this unit. I think it would make the fireplace a LOT more believable if there was sound. As is, I am returning it because it is not as advertised.

      Love this fireeplace recived it on time has realistic flames great heating source for my small living room even has working glass doors. Only thing that it doesnt have are the crakling logs/sparks effect to it i called the company and was told that these fireplase quit making them that way they were extremly helpfull gave me a bit of my money back since the website did say it came with those effects so i still was happy if u still are looking for the crackling sound effects just purchase the little crackling sound effect box found on other websites its a small box that sounds like a real fire crackling could even fit in the fireplace itself and also be hidden other than that i am very happy with this product
