Description

The Classic Flame 28-Inch Electric Insert  fits several models of Classic Flame mantels, including the Champlain, Berkeley, and Chicago. The interior is coated with a black powder-coat finish and a smoked brick facade. The beautiful hand-carved glowing logs and embers give a realistic flame effect, and a multi-function remote control allows you to control the flame, heat, embers, sparks, and lighting  from afar. This insert also includes a center-mount door handle and retractable fire screen. Dimensions: 23.11H x 29.13W x 11.3D inches. Viewable area: 26W x 18H inches.

    Product seemed to be just what we were looking for.We really liked the realistic look and the availability of quiet heating,but it proved to be a defective unit.The 3rd time it was turned on the flame display started making a buzzing noise,so it was sent back. We were unable to get ahold of customer support via e-mail or phone!

    Service and delivery comments:

    On-line ordering was very easy & delivery was very fast. Product actually arrived 2 days before the estimated delivery date.
