Spent a lot of time researching fireplaces and I'm quite pleased with this one. It did take some time to unpack, vacuum up all the loose styrofoam, but assembly was within 2 hours by myself. High quality bolts and locking anchors made it a breeze. Finished product felt very solid! Some of the assembly instructions felt out of order and I started to just use my own best judgement.
My only complaint is a thumping sound when the flame is running. I had to disassemble the rear of the fireplace and "adjust" the rotating flame effect rod. It was slipping and causing the annoying sound. Been running all weekend and is silent now. I'd highly recommend this for anyone without a fireplace and a spare corner in their living room.

Just received this fireplace this week. I love it. You can just put the fireplace on without the heat just for the ambience. The size was perfect for me. It takes a little time to put it together, but be patient. All the parts fit together well. But the same fireplace showed up on my homepage the next day from o.co for $529.99.
