Equipped with the advanced technology of Electraflame, this fireplace generates a realistic and natural-looking flame and life-like logs that glow from within. The powerful 5,120 BTU heater provides the warmth you'd expect from a heater, but can also be turned off so you can enjoy the Traditional Alabaster Electric Fireplace without producing any heat. For ultimate control it even has an interior light and flame spped control--all this and it costs only pennies an hour to run. The fireplace burns safe, clean, and green emitting no carbon monoxide or emissions and the glass front stays cool-to-the-touch.
Purifire air filtering system
Purifire is the first integral air filtering system for removing mold, pollen, dander, dust and other allergens from the air.
- Uses a standard size 10" x 20" high-efficiency, washable filter.
- Air filter operates with the heater or may be run with the air-circulating fan only to provide continuous, quiet cleaning.
- Exceeds MERV 10 (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) rating – filters allergens as small as 1 micron.
- Circulates and cleans the air of an average room four times per hour (based on a 12' x 14' room).
