I purchased the fireplace and we put together. Make sure you have strong helpers, it is heavy. Could not get the sound system to work. [...] Additionally, I was very surprised to learn the fireplace had no heater. I have 2 other electric fireplaces for indoors and of course they do. The "fire" itself is very well simulated although it has to be nearly dark or dark in order to see the "fire". The unit is attractive and is a nice addition to our deck. [...]
