The first product I received was defective, and rather than[...]taking care of the replacement, they made me deal directly with the vendor(Burley)to get a replacement. [...]As far as the fireplace itself, it looks good, but that's pretty much where it ends. The directions are impossible to follow as far as installation. The fan is loud, and very chinzy (that's what didn't function with the first unit). Many parts are riveted together vs. screwed, so when the fan runs you hear metal on metal clicking against each other due to the loose joints. I would recommend passing on this one.

This product was purchased to go in our master spa bathroom above our jacuzzi tub. [...] I was unsure about it from the pictures, but when I received it, I was absolutely pleased with it. The flame is so realistic, and the brushed steel matches our fixtures perfectly. It definitely has 'high-end' appeal, and I know we will enjoy it for years to come. It is large enough to make a 'fashion statement' in our bathroom, but small enough that it fit on the wall without protruding and taking away from the decor. Definitely a five star product.
