This is exactly what I wanted. Easy to install, arrived on time,and undamaged. The visual is very real and I don't think the fan is too loud. Great product!

Used this to help heat an isolated bedroom. Looks great and does help heat the room, but the fan noise is to much for a small room with no other noise.

I watched the video on this fireplace and hoped that when I rec'd it would be all that I hoped. My
priority was a realistic flame. The grate, wood and flame are look so real. I can't wait to use this. There are fireplaces for much more money that do not look this good.

Arrived broken. Called the customer service line and got voice mail. Got and email from the company asking me if I had tuned it on! Horrible experience so far given this is the first thing I ever bought from your company.
