I really enjoy this fireplace. It is small, so it fits nicely in the living room in my little cottage. My walls are white, so it looks like a built in. The heat is very good for my small space. The only thing that I was surprised about is that the flame is not quite as bright as I was expecting. Still, it looks like a smoldering fire, and that can be quite romatic in itself.

For small or even large bedrooms, it will add to the heating and certainly to the look of your bedroom or living room. It has an English or British look to it. Well made on the face with the molded vinyl look typical of cabinet stock in home centers, so it is easy to clean. We found no bad features. And it has a thermostat for controlling the temp! You'll love it for your apartment or in our case our bedroom in a small cape. Watch the flames on a cold winter's night. Perfect for romance!
