I have been leary of gel fuel for a long time. Hearing that they smell and smoke. After much research I found fireglo and couldn't be happier. It crackles, odor and smoke free. The flames last 3+ hours just like the description said. Even in So Cal a nice warm fire is welcome! Thanks for making my winter perfect!

We have been looking for a way to have a green firepit in our backyard. I hate wood burning fires as they are messy, and living in Southern CA, you could cause a real fire. I don't like having to get a propane tank refilled. We shake the can, pop off the top, drop it in our firepit (which is an old planter) light it, and we have the site and sound of a nice green fire.
